Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full gram.
Native Swimwear Australia offer FREE 'express' shipping Australia-wide & FREE International Shipping on orders over $150, International orders under $150 is charged at only $15.
Returns
Native Swimwear Australia is passionate about ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear and you do not remove the hygiene sticker; in the interests of hygiene, we will refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done. Native Swimwear Australia do not offer refunds and our policy is an exchange only policy. We understand your garment might not fit perfectly the first time so we welcome you to one exchange only for another size, style or print/colour. Native Swimwear Australia will issue you with an electronic credit note so you can re-shop your preferred design. For orders inside Australia, items must be returned within 7 business days from the date of receiving the garment. All international exchange requests must be submitted within 21 days from the original shipping date. Exchange requests outside of this period will not be accepted.
Returning your garment requirements: To begin the exchange process, please email us at [email protected] with details about the product you would like to return. When returning your garment, please ensure you enclose the following items with your return;
- Your order number
- Garment in original condition, including unworn, unsoiled, hygiene sticker still on swimwear, unwashed including packaging

The return cost shall be incurred at your own expense, we'll refund you the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). For your protection and in case of any loss or damage, please ensure your return package is both prepaid and insured. Our exchange postal address is;
